I liked almost everything about this place. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice, and the location was just perfect—right in the center with great restaurants nearby. The hospitality was top-notch, as the host waited for our late check-in. Highly recommend it! 🌟

the beds weren't exceedingly comfortable, which was a bit surprising for a hotel of this 'stature'. the shower soaked the entire bathroom—did they not anticipate this? also, i would have expected at least a welcome gift or maybe even an upgrade after all this inconvenience. but alas, i just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review.

Air conditioning could be stronger—cooling down the room was a challenge. Noise from the nearby restaurant was something we felt, particularly having the window open.

great location but limited entertainment options
The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw from the main square and bus stop, making it easy to explore. The comfort of the beds exceeded my expectations, especially for my family members who appreciated the cozy cave-style room. The staff's warm hospitality and genuine recommendations for local eateries made our stay even more enjoyable. I especially loved the daily room service that kept everything impeccably clean and tidy.
Limited TV options for entertainment on rainy days could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay in the heart of Fira with our two adult kids. The location made it easy to explore local attractions, and we loved the tasty food at their restaurant. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Marina, who went above and beyond for our family.
In my wife’s opinion, there should be a lift for convenience.

The location offered easy access to the main pedestrian areas and the bus terminal, ideal for exploring the island. Rooms were not only clean but visually appealing, exceeding the online photos. Daily room service kept everything tidy, and the staff, especially Margarita, provided exceptional assistance. The restaurant served delightful European cuisine, boasting generous portions and friendly service, enhancing the overall dining experience. there's potential for noise from street-facing rooms, and some guests might find it slightly disruptive at times.

Perfect location and comfy vibes
Had an awesome stay! The room was neat and cozy, just right for us. The outside space was a nice bonus! The ladies at the front desk were super helpful, and we loved being so close to everything. Just wish there were an elevator—those stairs after a long day can be rough!

The room was cozy with a nice fridge and kettle, making our stay super comfortable. I also loved the relaxing outdoor space and the lounging area when we wanted to chill. Just a heads up, there were some stairs to navigate, but it didn't really put a damper on my time here. 🌟
